Well, I don't know why are You whining about refereeing ie. Frontale against Vissel match. What's this all about? First penalty - evident (not to mention second one). Every defender when he's tackling in the penalty area should be well aware of consecquences. If he doesn't touch the ball - referee is free to point at 12 yd. If defender touches the offensive player it's clear penalty, even if he can't get to ball (a 'what if' situation). There are lots of factors for giving a yellow or red card (if the foul is commited by last defender and other one couldn't prevent the shoot - it's evident red card and referee should tak under consideration the distances 'tween players an their chances to interference) for a foul. Well, I know it's sometimes against the 'fleuncy of game' but it's pretty clear in the light of FIFAs' regulations.
So, I ask You again, what's the point of those 'complains'?
